Return & Replacement Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives with significant shipping damage, we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Eligible Returns

Products may be eligible for return or replacement only if:

* The damage is reported at the time of delivery.
* The delivery courier is still present.
* Clear photos of the damaged item are provided.
* The damage is verified by our team.

Examples of eligible damage include:

* Torn covers
* Severely bent or crushed books
* Major manufacturing defects
* Missing components

Minor cosmetic imperfections, including slight dents or pressure marks on the top or bottom edges of books caused during shipping, are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or replacement.

Refusing Delivery

If the package is clearly damaged upon arrival, you may refuse to accept the delivery and return it immediately with the courier.

If the refusal is due to verified shipping damage, you will not be charged for the order.

Please note that repeatedly refusing deliveries without a valid reason may affect future orders. Kyoto Store Iraq reserves the right to require advance payment or decline future orders from customers with a history of unjustified delivery refusals.

Products kept after the courier has left or reported on the following day are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund based on shipping damage.

 

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after the reported issue has been reviewed and approved by Kyoto Store Iraq.

Refunds may be approved when:

* A product arrives with verified significant shipping damage.
* A replacement is unavailable.
* An order cannot be fulfilled by Kyoto Store Iraq.

Refunds will not be issued for:

* Minor cosmetic imperfections considered normal during shipping.
* Damage reported after the courier has left.
* Damage caused after delivery due to improper handling or storage.
* Change of mind after accepting delivery.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible or through another mutually agreed method.
