Refund policy

Ordered Items take 1-3 day's to process , every customers have the right to cancel their order during the 1-3 day's window . also our customers have the right to refuse to accept the items they ordered upon delivery, if the items shipped to you before you could make a cancellation request.

We have same day Return Policy, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds for online Purchases 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For Money Transfer Purchases in Iraq, we accept some type of payment via Direct Transfer by Iraqi Credit Card Payment Services (Switch, Qi and Zain Cash). You will need to contact us by DM us on Instagram page (@kyotostoreiraq).

The Transfer Request will take place one day before we send the order out for delivery, some delays may occur.

the request will only be made by us via our Instagram account and nothing else, if you receive any transfer request from other platforms or accounts, it’s not from us and refuse to continue with your payment.

For Money Transfer Refund Request, if the transaction was completed and your order already sent out for delivery and you wanted to cancel your order afterwards, we will refund 80% of your total order amount, no further action will take effect on your account, but if the cancellation happens multiple times by same account, your account will be suspended and we can refuse to accept any further refund charges.

You can receive your 100% refund, if the refund request happens in the time frame of 12hrs period after the transaction was completed (Time of Transfer occurred).
