Important Delivery Information

Please inspect your order while the delivery courier is still present.

Minor cosmetic imperfections, such as slight dents on the top or bottom edges of books, may occur during shipping and are generally considered normal for printed books.

If your item has significant damage, such as:

Please contact us immediately via Instagram or WhatsApp while the courier is still present and provide clear photos of the damaged item.

Damage reported after the courier has left or on a later date cannot be verified as shipping-related and may not be eligible for replacement or refund
